#SheDIDIT Researched:

#SheDIDIT is shines the light on womenpreneurs with diverse cultural roots. Do these ladies also experience obstacles in achieving their ambitions, and which drivers persuade them to do so? Together with our partner Arteveldehogeschool we asked young girls in different high schools who are still looking at different options in their life.

The research was led by Karijn Bonne, researcher at Artveldehogeschool. Together we organized focus groups with girls, average age 17 years. The students were from the classic school systems and OKAN-classes (reception classes for foreign-language newcomers, children of very recently immigrated parents). The results of this qualitative study provide exploratory insights, even though it’s dated from 2019.
