As the founder of Shetribe, a community dedicated to supporting Black women in creating fulfilling and balanced lives, Rosemary has guided many women in turning their dreams into successful businesses.

With her hands-on experience in business development, marketing, and personal growth,Rosemary offers down-to-earth advice and real-life strategies that women can actually use. Beyond her work, she’s also a wife and a proud mother of three, so she understands the daily juggle of balancing family life with a thriving career.

Rosemary is passionate about empowering women to communicate with confidence, stand tall in their self-worth, and pursue their goals with clarity and grace. She believes that every woman deserves the tools to be her most authentic and confident self, both personally and professionally.
